This book was published in the framework of the six months cultural programme / festival, an initiative of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, on the occasion of the Dutch presidency of the European Union, 1 July-31 December 2004. This report was published as a closure of the festival. The report consists of two booklets folded into a green dust cover. The pink booklet contains the complete network of participants and employees. The blue booklet contains the closure text of the festival. On the chapter pages are designs constructed from European country shapes. With exhibitions in het Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam; BAK, Utrecht; CAC, Vilnius e.a.
