This critical reader has been published as part of the project Citizens and Subjects, the Dutch contribution to the 52nd International Art Exhibition - La Biennale di Venezia, commissioned by the Mondriaan Foundation. The three-part project consists of new work and installation by Aernout Mik in the Dutch Pavilion in Venice, this publication and an extension in the Netherlands.
