"Independent magazine for architecture to reinvent itself". ‘Volume’, formerly known as Archis (until 2004) is a project by architectural think-tanks AMO+CLab+Archis. The magazine appears six times a year and tackles new and relevant issues in architecture, cities and visual culture. This issue contains info on the project The Good Cause that stems from Architecture of Peace, Archis' long-term research into the role of architecture and design in generating lasting peace. It focuses on the the period directly after peacekeeping forces have arrived.
