The theme of the book focuses on the ideals of good and evil as well as themes of capital punishment. The first SG titeld ' The opposite of love is not hate, but indifference' , centred around the work ‘Scaffold in The Hague' by Sam Durant. In the light of this work the artist, together with criminologist Pieter Spierenburg, talked about the meaning of the gallows, his work and his ideas about imprisonment, solidarity and death. The second SG ‘The road to hell is paved with good intentions’ with Lucia de Berk, Marcel Elsenaar, Robert Horselenberg, Rico Sneller and Marian Markelo, took place 27 November 2013.
