Published on the occasion of the exhibition 'De Stad, de Kloof en de Regels' at Stroom, Den Haag 14.02-26.04.2003, showing projects in Belgrado and Transvaal Den Haag. "Beograd-Den Haag, About the Impossibility of Planning", is a (partially) printed and bound book, for which certain parts can (only) be downloaded from the site of Stroom Den Haag. The book contains contributions by students, works of autonomous artists, designers and writers. Some contributions were realized on the occasion of workshops, lectures and debates in Belgrade and The Hague, some were independent initiatives of the participants.
