On the 25th and 26th of September, 2015, TodaysArt will opened the cultural program of The Pier. The iconic Pier and the ZERO on Sea plans, in relation to current tendencies in art and society, were the main sources of inspiration for the eleventh edition of the festival. The program consisted of visual art, installations, performances, club nights, presentations and interventions on and around The Pier. ZERO on Sea: Halfway through the fifties, an influential, international art movement was born, called ZERO. Exactly fifty years ago, the ZERO art movement planned the event ZERO on Sea on The Pier, but it never took place. With the event, they aimed to stage large-scale installations and performances that would respond to the elements of nature and the context of The Pier.
