This folder is related to our Stroom program See You In The Hague and to the presentation in the library and window of Stroom on the ideal to realize a 'World Capital of Internationalism' in the dunes of The Hague (as a pendant of the International Court of Arbitration for which housing - a peace palace - was sought.
